Thanks, pmoth . . . I like all the quotes (hence why I originally picked them), but if I had to pick just one of these, I’d have to go with my man Ingersoll as encompassing most of the others.
As for nominating me for being in charge of anything . . . well, my time has passed. I say that because being in charge often means having lots of patience with people.
Over the years, I’ve used up my store of patience. Besides, no one will vote for me since I don’t play for any teams.

An old one but good one, that’s for sure. It just occurred to me that over the years, I’ve seen many cartoons relating to either the story or the characters in TWWoO.
As for the quotes, I posted those in the 90s, and I thought the quotes were relevant to what was happening then . . . but that was nothing compared to what’s happening now.
The sad part is that all that wisdom is even more ignored now.
