Teapots and/or Teacups Tuesday — 017

You can see the full-size photos in THIS<<link SmugMug Gallery.

Here are today’s offerings.

A little background about these cups, saucers, and serving plates.

The whole series has eight colors, but four colors come with two complete sets each (like the light and dark blue sets in the previous teacups post), and four colors come with only one complete set each, like the above light and dark pink. If it’s confusing, don’t worry about it and just enjoy the photos.

The monochrome versions . . .

These photo edits were done using a combination of Lightroom, Luminar AI, onOne Suite 10, and Topaz Studio 2.

The artistic versions . . .

Last, but not least, the framed multiple stacked effects versions . . .

As mentioned, I’ll throw these up when I’m looking for a respite from stuff and to keep in practice with the tools I have.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

  1. The colors in these shots are so intense and nice I’m not sure the black and white shots do them justice. Just my opinion, which is worthless.

    1. Thanks, oneowner, and not worthless, for sure.

Offering monochome versions is more a matter of habit than preference, but it does tend to bring the design and accents in focus precisely because the colors dominate.

Think of it as an additive choice as opposed to one of detracting from the color versions.

    1. . . . there’s always one . . .

Seriously, individual preferences differ, hence why I have multiple versions.

Some people prefer the regular photo as opposed to my artsified efforts.

Me? If they are here, I like them all.
