Travel Photos — Where in the World 002

So, one of the blogs I follow<<link is participating in a Travel Challenge where you get nominated “to post one favourite [sic] travel picture a day for ten days without explanation, then to nominate someone else to participate.”

Andrew was kind enough to ask if I wanted to be nominated to which I responded that I’m uncomfortable nominating others and hence it wouldn’t conform to the spirit of the challenge . . . but I liked the idea and decided on a different spin.

This will be a series of photos where readers are invited to guess the location. Each post will feature only one photo, but at least two (and occasionally more) versions of that photo.

All of the photos will be collected in THIS<<link SmugMug Gallery.  Each new post will identify the previous post’s photo.

The previous post<<link was not an auspicious effort for this series because I messed-up the poll. I had difficulty because of my unfamiliarity with the block editor sequence for adding polls. I had to redo the poll three times and in my last effort I left out the correct answer which was “Washington, USA”. Specifically, the North Head Lighthouse<<link in the Olympic Peninsula (click LINK for map).

Here we go with the next offering. It’s another easily found location, especially using Google, but take a shot at the poll below before you employ technology.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
