Second “U” stories voting reminder . . . and a few photos

The “U” stories voting block is seeing very little love in both views and votes. I fear we have reached peak alphabet . . . and gone past it. But, it’s early yet, so there may still be a surge in readers and votes.

Let anyone feels as if I’m trying to shame them into participating, know that’s not my intent. It’s understood this is not — and should not be — a priority in anyone’s life, least of all in these troubled times. If, however, someone is looking for a brief respite from the craziness of today’s world . . . well, come see a different type of craziness.

If you are a reader of our stories and someone who votes, thank you in advance for casting a vote for your favorite of the three. Links to the stories and the poll for voting for “Alphabet Challenge U-Stories” are HERE(link) Votes will be accepted until noon, Chicago time, on Wednesday, December 16th.

Again just a few photos today because I’m not sure where the day went and it’s late.

A painting from a photo from the previous Ketchikan post.

These next two are from a still life contest (from a time when I foolishly believed I might have a shot at winning something or other).

Well, this update has come to an end. As in . . .

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
