The Alphabet Challenge “P” Stories are up and some readers have already voted. While you can no longer claim the first vote, you can certainly contribute to the total.
Perhaps you have the modest goal of being one of the first ten voters. If so, there is still time as — sadly — the voting has stalled at an even lower vote count than it did in the previous round. I mean, I assume most readers would enjoy making their preference known.
If you are one such reader, and if you’ve not already done so — please read the stories and then cast a vote for your favorite of the three. Links to the stories and the poll for voting for “Alphabet Challenge P-Stories” are HERE.<<<Link
I’m still tethering my PC to my phone, so, after this post, I might cut the number of photos I include in each post because — at my location — I only have two bars for my 4GLTE signal, and while I can do most things without much of a bother, uploading is one of the things that are slow.
The color photos (having more information) are loading pretty slow, but I will persevere and finish this post.
Edited to Add: After I composed the post, I figured out why they were loading slowly . . . I was accidentally loading the full-size versions meant for SmugMug. I deleted them and reloaded the ones I had sized for WordPress. That will also make it faster-loading for them with a slow Internet (like, currently, me). Although, I doubt many people have a slower Internet than my current speeds.
Anyway, color versions of flowers . . .
“Why do Hawaiʻian flowers?” I’m again asked.
I still don’t know what answer would satisfy, so I’ll repeat “because I felt like it”.
Here is a gallery of six . . .
And here are the three flowers I had showcased on their own while in monochrome (hey! . . . that rhymes) . . .
But, I need to do other stuff, so we’ll call this post done (except for what I’m adding below).
I’m scheduling this post for a time when I might not be home. As such, the full-size versions might not be loaded to SmugMug until later. If you go to SmugMug and the photos are not there, wait a few hours or six.
The SmugMug Gallery for the reminder photos is HERE<<<Link. The photos are only slightly larger (30-50%) but the details are even better there than here.
I’m not linking other posts right now because, you know, if you have the time to look at other posts, you also have the time to read the stories. And if you’ve already read the stories and voted, I’m impressed . . . and you might consider taking a few minutes to forward them to friends, family, and strangers. The writers will appreciate it.
Oh, what the heck . . . HERE’s<<link a post some might enjoy.
That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
