The Alphabet Challenge “N” Stories are sitting there, looking pretty and waiting for readers (and voters). You could be a reader (if you’ve not already read the stories) and you could be a voter (if you’ve not already voted). And, guess what? Unlike the US elections, you don’t have to choose the lesser of two evils . . . you have three evils to choose from!
You have no obligation to do anything . . . but it sure would be swell — if you’ve not already done so — if you would read the stories and cast your vote for your favorite of the three. Links to the stories and the poll for voting for “Alphabet Challenge N-Stories” are HERE.<<<Link
Oh, here are a few photos before you go reading the stories . . .
That’s another photo from The Big Island. Specifically, an ocean-side memorial to a surfer.
You see these all around the island (and even on the other islands) . . . because surfing is big here and it’s not always safe.
Also big . . . leaves. Many plants grow with fairly large leaves . . . and some are colorful.
And if they are not big, but thin, they are still colorful . . .
While leaves often captured my attention, the scenery always captured my attention.
It’s easy to relax in Hawaiʻi, but life isn’t a bed of roses there, especially for native-born (the others are people who come and drive up housing prices).
As I mentioned in an earlier post, we’re halfway through The Alphabet Challenge and the gallery where I’ve been uploading these photos now has over 500 offerings (HERE<<<Link). That’s a link to the first photo, and you can scroll through all 500+ photos if you got nothing else to do.
Hence, I decided to create a new gallery for the second half of the Challenge reminders, beginning with these four photos. The new Gallery is HERE<<<Link
I know some (mighty few) people miss my long posts, especially when I philosophize . . . if you are one of the few, the brave, THIS POST<<link from 2016 is for you.
OK, I kid . . . the previous post isn’t that long (although, if you read all the comments, you might think so) but THIS POST<<link is.
That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
