Once-in-a-lifetime photo and “J” stories voting reminder

There are three or four days remaining to read and vote on the “J” stories that went up early last week. Yeah, I know I said that yesterday. And, again, you can vote for the “Alphabet Challenge J-Stories” HERE.<<<This Is A Link

Clicking on the above link will take you to the post with the poll where you can cast your vote. The post also contains links to the individual stories. After voting, readers can — if so moved — spread the news about the story to friends and family. Maybe, or maybe not. But, we hope for maybe.

And now, a once-in-a-lifetime photo . . .

“That’s not real!” you say.

Well, duh!

“What makes it a once-in-a-lifetime photo?” you ask.

Well, I’m not likely to make another one like it anytime soon (ever).

By the way, you can click for a much larger version (actual size — 2.4MB) that will let you see it’s not nearly as well-merged as it looks (it opens in a new window and then you can click to zoom in an out of areas of interest).

Plus, the sky replacement kind of messed up a bit, but I like the overall effect, so I left it.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
