Another photo and “J” stories voting reminder

Another here’s a quick reminder to — if so inclined — please read the “J” stories that went up early last week. After, the writers hope you’ll make the effort and vote for your favorite of the “Alphabet Challenge J-Stories” HERE.

That post has links to the individual stories and the poll where readers can click a box to cast a vote for their favorite. And, after voting, readers can spread the news about the story to friends and family. Maybe, or maybe not. But, we hope for maybe.

And now, here’s the photo . . . these birds stoically braved the rain.

. . . they seemed hardly bothered. For them wondering, I was safe and dry.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

If you’re new to this blog, it might be a good idea to read the FAQ page. If you’re considering subscribing to this blog, it’s definitively a good idea to read both the About page and the FAQ page.

  1. AnnMarie says:

They “stoically braved the rain” and, unlike their fleshy counterparts, stood absolutely still for this photograph. Well, you gotta give ’em credit for that!

  2. Glad you all were safe and dry!
Those birdies look like they handled it all very well!
They are obviously not fair-feather…er…fair-weather friends! HA!
You are lucky to have them with you!
    BEAUTIFUL photo!
