Birds and the bees and “I” stories voting reminder

If you’re not anxious to exercise your right to go out in public, I have a suggestion:  read the “I” Stories submissions. After, if receptive to the idea, the writers hope you’ll make the effort and vote for your favorite of the “Alphabet Challenge I-Stories” HERE.

That post has links to the individual stories and the poll where readers can click a box to indicate their appreciation for their favorite. And, after voting, readers can spread the news about the story to friends and family. Maybe.

So, birds . . .

The Robins fledged. I think two did so yesterday and one today. At least I’m hoping that’s the case, otherwise we already lost a couple.

That would be Mom (or Dad) keeping an eye on the tike . . .

. . . and still bring it food . . . or what passes for food in Robin-world,

Meanwhile, the tike opted to hop around the yard . . .

I took the opportunity to trim the bushes before they — the Robins — decided to start another brood.

And, as far as the bees . . . got me some more shots of solitary bees flying . . .

. . . and sitting . . .

As usual, the SmugMug Gallery is HERE <<<This is a link. And, as usual, click on any photo for a larger version.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
