Project 313 – Post No. 215

Today I link THIS post with dog photos and dog facts.

And now, the photo:

Project 313 215

This is a composite . . . and it looks better in a larger format . . . which you can get by clicking on the photo.

I’ve never played practical jokes on strangers. Actually, I never played any practical joke to spite someone.

I do, however, have a knack of pissing off people with things I say. Wish I could monetize this talent of mine . . . perhaps one of the political parties would hire me to speak about their opponents.

You would definitely know the end is nigh when you’re . . . Looking up from below a nuclear-tipped ICBM in a silo just as the rocket fires up.

And . . . that’s it

Some of these posts will likely be longer as the mood hits me, but most will be thus; short, uninteresting, bland, and relentless.

You can read about Project 313 HERE.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

Note: if you are not reading this blog post at, know that it has been copied without permission, and likely is being used by someone with nefarious intention, like attracting you to a malware-infested website.  Could be they also torture small mammals.

  1. I don’t like dogs, don’t understand people that do so I will not click the link!

Weird . . . I feel the same about beer, God, broccoli, convertibles, teens, most adults, tomato sauce, meat cooked “rare” . . . it’s a long list; maybe I should just lost what I do like.

Animals, on the other hand, are generally fine. I hope to one day own a dog; they’ll love anyone.

      • According to official NHS figures for 2017…
168 people were treated treated for gunshot wounds.
There were 4,054 hospital admissions for assault with sharp instruments a 13% increase compared with the previous year.
There were 7,227 hospital admissions for dog bites which is a 6% increase year-on-year and a 76% increase over the last 10 years.
        Just Saying…

Ah, I see the problem. You’re blaming the dog as opposed to blaming the owner. I see the same tendency relating to kids, guns . . . strangely enough, not cars. With cars, we tend to blame the driver. Booze, we treat like dogs; it’s not the drinker; it’s the booze.

Booze is my pet peeve as I see absolutely no use for it and given the misery and damage it brings in people’s lives, it should be banned outright. Other than a mythical “social lubricant” benefit (meaning, we can’t talk to each other unless our brains are addled) I’ve never heard a good case for it. Except, you know, people like it.

The only good thing with booze (as it relates to me) is that it gives me an excuse to not be around people (most people drink). Oddly enough, religion serves the same function (most people are religious). Come to think of it, also kids (many people have kids).

By the way, there are over a million cases of food poisoning each year (per 2014 statistics for the UK; probably more now) . . . discounting the positive aspects, we should hate food and have no use for it.

        . . . just saying . . .

  2. You know I love dogs! And it was good to see the pics of Rocky and Grace again! :-) I still love the photo with Grace and I think you said it was Melisa petting Grace. Sweet photo!

PHOTO: Cool photo! Oh…and my fav colors in the photo and in the frame.
CARTOON: HA! Willy cracks me up! :-D I am a good practical joker to friends and family and they are always good, fun practical jokes that everyone enjoys. :-)
DOODLE: That would be a good clue that the end is nigh. Ha. I wonder if the rocket is from ACME?! For some reason I’m thinking about Wile E. Coyote right now.
    The doodle colors are superb!
    HUGS!!! :-)

Yeah, those turned out pretty good. And Gracie always had this look like the weight of the world was a heavy burden to carry (it is, I tell you what).

      Thanks, Carolyn.

It will never happen, but it would be cool (I think) living in an abandoned (and remodeled) ICBM silo. Preferably, with the ICBM still in there. I’d be my own country in no time.
