Asking my readers a favor – Part 1 – Redux but different

This test is for a hypothesis I have regarding visitor counts. I think that whenever someone scrolls through an Archive or Home Page each time the page refreshes counts as a visitor.

The number of posts shown per page is controlled in the settings. I made mine small (4) to test this hypothesis. If I’m right, I should rack up a lot of visitors counts.

Note: I left the continuous scroll working so all you have to do is press and hold the Page-Down once you are at the home page.

The Request:

If you have a minute or so, click on THIS link (it’s my home page) and then just scroll down (hit page-down or use the mouse wheel) for a bit (a minute, if you have the time). However long you want (the screen will just keep scrolling). It may hang for a moment but just keep scrolling.

If you prefer, click on THIS link (it’s my Archive) and scroll down for a spell.

Thank you for participating.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

If you’re new to this blog, it might be a good idea to read the FAQ page. If you’re considering subscribing to this blog, it’s definitively a good idea to read both the About page and the FAQ page.
