Late evening unwind

Once again, Topaz Studio is tasked with assisting my unwinding. 

I have to say, Studio makes using the plugins and other adjustments a lot easier than using it from the Adobe products. Plus, there’s a lot of saved “recipes” from the community. I should probably save some of my concoctions and save them. 

. . . well, here’s my latest batch; a mix of Note 2 and Note 8 photos. 

First up, a rendition of a sunset off the balcony of the condo we’re renting. 

Part of what I’m doing is learning the program, but also trying out different color combinations. Were I an artist, I’d know all about colors; things like primary, complementary, and other technical jargon. As it is, I just throw switches until I like something. 

This next rendition is of a flower in a parking lot. 

Next up, an old favorite of mine taken at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Spring. 

Here’s another flower from another parking lot . . . not that you’d recognize it as such. 

How about a straight-up photo . . . from our sink? 

Both of these next pieces are reminiscent of works of famous artists . . . but they’re my own. 

Both of those are from the trip out East when I attended the Viable Paradise workshop in 2015.

OK, I’m off to bed; perhaps I’ll read a bit or watch some YouTube videos. Or, perhaps, I’ll draw something. Life is exciting, ain’t it?
