Further testing

Sitting and waiting for our flight out of L.A.

We’ve been awake now for 23 hours.  We have an additional 5 or 6 hours to go if there are no delays.

That’s a photo from the Kona airport before we left (obviously). It’s an open air terminal and you actually walk out onto the tarmac and the plane.  You have to climb the stairs to the plane, just like the President.  Lucky us.

Here’s another photo before I close this up and send it to the Interweb.

Hope they serve snacks on the plane.

I love what you did with that first photo. You turned what may be a nightmare into an opportunity for art.

Not so much. I could have bought decent (well, decent for airplane food) for a so-not-cheap price. Apparently, that’s the way of things now.

As for sleep, I’m resisting as long as I can because it should kick-start me back into my correct (for me) sleep patterns.

That said, these sentences I’m typing are actually retyped a few times because I drift off and the sentences don’t make sense. I mean, less sense than normal,

  4. Can’t go four or five hours without a snack? Perhaps you should try a total gastrectomy, might fix up your hunger pains.
