Checking out the WordPress App

Testing how easy it will be to compose posts while on the road.

It seems a bit better than it used to be.  At least it’s easier to load photos.

Still difficult bringing photos in from the cloud.

. . . I might have to write nothing but opinion posts while traveling . . . I can hardly wait.

I could review restaurants, but since we just came back from Denny’s, all I have to say is . . . It.Was.Great.

Years ago we had stopped going to Denny’s to eat because the food had beecome blase’ . . . But that’s not the case anymore. We were both impressed with the food we ordered.

I will try doing short posts using photos I’ve copied to the phone as well as photos I will snap with the phone (probably more once I’m on the boat.)

I do about 90% of posts on my phone. I load photos from my phone first, then do the post from admin as the features are easier to use from there. At least I think they are. Have a great trip. :)

A lot of my posts are pretty long and contain a lot of photos. The thing that I can’t easily do with the app is control what happens when someone clicks a photo or link. for that matter, even adding photos is a pain.

Not to mention the literally thousands of words I write. Just going back to read what I wrote and making sure the auto-correct didn’t take advantage of my inattention and substituted some other information I never intended to make up.

It does add some things at times, for sure. I find the computer almost as frustrating unless I write it all out, then copy it in. For sure long posts with several pictures are a challenge on the phone.
