Hiatus Post No. 18 – Clouds

I am taking April off from Disperser Tracks, from reading blogs, from Facebook, from Twitter, and from the Internet in general. I plan to return (virtually) live on May 1st.

Meanwhile, I scheduled a few posts (like this one) to go live during April . . . like a blog heartbeat of sorts.

I should mention, I am not monitoring comments. I will eventually read them in May, but if anyone has a question, the best bet is to send me an e-mail.

In the absence of more faces (readers should be out there finding their own face(s)), I thought I would share some of the interesting cloud formations I’ve captured here in Colorado.

These are from our first few months here in Colorado.

At the time, I remember thinking I had not seen clouds like these before. There might be a valid reason as to why not . . . I lived in Michigan. Lots and lots of trees in Michigan, and me seeing far into the distance was not something that often happened.

One would think after ten years of living here I would be used to unusual cloud formations . . . nope. I still like them; I still notice them.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

Please, if you are considering bestowing me recognition beyond commenting below, refrain from doing so.  I will decline blogger-to-blogger awards.   I appreciate the intent behind it, but I prefer a comment thanking me for turning you away from a life of crime, religion, or making you a better person in some other way.  That would mean something to me.

During these several years of construction on La Grange Road on my way to work, I’ve often had, and have, the time to look up and admire the clouds while waiting for traffic to move. Made the waiting more bearable.
