I am taking April off from Disperser Tracks, from reading blogs, from Facebook, from Twitter, and from the Internet in general. I plan to return (virtually) live on May 1st.
Meanwhile, I scheduled a few posts (like this one) to go live during April . . . like a blog heartbeat of sorts.
I should mention, I am not monitoring comments. I will eventually read them in May, but if anyone has a question, the best bet is to send me an e-mail.

Pareidolia: a psychological phenomenon involving a vague and random stimulus (often an image or sound) being perceived as significant. Common examples include seeing images of animals or faces in clouds, the man in the moon or the Moon rabbit.
If I have cereal for breakfast, I usually slice a banana to put in there . . . and tiny faces look back at me.
Some are as surprised as I am . . .
Some appear pissed off . . .
This next one looks a bit like Gothmog leading the charge on Minas Tirth . . .
Well, the mirror image of him. Or, her . . . I can’t tell with Orcs.
This one has some feline thing going . . .
. . . and this one needs a denture.
Perhaps a mouse face?
. . . or even a bat face?
If I step back a bit, this next one looks like a sleeping Terrier.
. . . or maybe a sleeping Llama . . . or a demon trying to come through. I stabbed it, just for good measure.
That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

Please, if you are considering bestowing me recognition beyond commenting below, refrain from doing so. I will decline blogger-to-blogger awards. I appreciate the intent behind it, but I prefer a comment thanking me for turning you away from a life of crime, religion, or making you a better person in some other way. That would mean something to me.
