January Snow Day

I posted the chair and table shot, but I had more . . . I felt guilty about not using them. I’ts almost like neglecting one’s children (only cheaper).

These next two shots are taken about eight hours apart . . .

That’s the view from our bedroom, looking out to the back yard and our northern neighbors.

These next two are the ground-level view of same . . .

And, finally, the view from near the front door . . .

I suppose it might look better in B&W . . .

What can’t be seen clearly is that the clouds had temporarily thinned, and you could almost see the sun . . . let me darkened a bit.

Of course, if it gets dark, you can see stars . . .

  1. I like the first two shots the best – it’s like a beautifully done artist sketch.

The starry one’s to my liking. It adds a little cheer.

  4. A winter wonderland. I love the winter snow if I don’t have to drive in it.

Yeah . . . we tend to stay home on snowfall days . . . today it’s OK to drive in, the sun is out, and everything looks awesome. In a few hours, most of the trees will have lost the snow, but right now, a nice sight.
