NaNoWriMo No. 2 – Chapter 34 pre-post

So, I’m enjoying getting back into this novel. After a very brief spell of hating each word I put down for not being “right”, I am once again amazed at just how good my writing can be.

Of course that is just my opinion, and, since I only write stuff I would like to read, it’s neither surprising nor unexpected.

Then again, a few people seem to enjoy what I write. Encouraging, that. A couple of billion more, and I’ll be famous . . . or infamous. Either way, not much different from now; some will hate me, some will like me, and many, many, many people won’t care one way or another about me or my writing.

Chapter 34 will go live in a password-protected post, shortly after this post.

Here’s my progress so far:

Chapter 33 got me to 61,204 words. Chapter 34 will take me to 63,925.

Here’s my usual ending, disclaimers, and stuff for these posts.

For them interested in using the spreadsheet I was using to track word count (visible in earlier posts), its use is explained and link for getting either a copy of the Google Docs version, or downloading the Excel Spreadsheet version, are provided HERE.

Anyone wanting to read the novel, please shoot me an e-mail requesting the password, or leave a comment below to that effect.

As a point of information, asking for the password does not mean I will subscribe, or even read, your blog. It just means you get the password. Perhaps I might get curious and check you out, perhaps not.

Please don’t ask for the password unless you have genuine interest. You can gauge your interest by reading the first few chapters (HERE and HERE) which are not password protected.

There is a precis in the Chapter 32 Pre-Post that covers the first 31 chapters, so I’m not including it here.

That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.

  1. I admire you for doing all this writing! Keep going so you CAN be famous or infamous! :-)
I apologize for not reading along. I had a very busy November and an even busier December and didn’t have time to keep up. Besides family, my work, my volunteer work, etc…I barely have time to keep up with my own blog and reading a few other blogs.
    HUGS!!! :-)

I, too, like to read what you have written, specifically this novel. So, off I go to number 34 with much anticipation.
