I don’t have much time . . . must speak fast *cough* before . . . oh, shit! They are here!
Hopefully I can get this out . . . been in hiding for a few days, hence no writing lest “they” got wind of it, but . . .
Chapters 19 and 20 will go live Monday morning in a password-protected post.
Here’s my progress so far:
I wrote 3,467 words this evening, which gives me . . . crap, they are hitting the door . . . anyway, which gives me a cumulative total of 34,668 words (per Scrivener). Chapters 19 and 20 were rushed because I knew my cover had been blown.
. . . they are breaking down the door, but I have a couple of surprises in store for them . . . one’s a .45 and the other a .357. If I make it, I’ll post more tomorrow.
Here’s my usual ending to these posts.
For them interested in using my spreadsheet, a previous post explains it and provides links for getting either a copy of the Google Docs version, or downloading the Excel Spreadsheet version. That post is HERE.
Anyone wanting to read the novel, please shoot me an e-mail requesting the password, or leave a comment below to that effect.
As a point of information, asking for the password does not mean I will subscribe, or even read, your blog. It just means you get the password. Perhaps I might get curious and check you out, perhaps not.
One other thing.
Last year I did a precis . . . I know some people like the precis. I did it last year because I stopped writing for a few months, and then I was not writing regularly.
This puppy is going to be finished before the end of the month. I won’t have time to write a precis, and the timeframe is short enough to perhaps make its absence irrelevant. If not . . . sorry.
That’s it. This post has ended . . . except for the stuff below.
Note: if you are not reading this blog post at Disperser.Wordpress.com, know that it has been copied without permission, and likely is being used by someone with nefarious intention, like attracting you to a malware-infested website. Could be they also torture small mammals.
Please, if you are considering bestowing me recognition beyond commenting below, refrain from doing so. I will decline blogger-to-blogger awards. I appreciate the intent behind it, but I prefer a comment thanking me for turning you away from a life of crime, religion, or making you a better person in some other way. That would mean something to me.
If you wish to know more, please read below.

. . . my FP ward . . . chieken shit.
