Flamingoes presented in Black & White.

As with the Hamerkop, I can’t decide which versions I like best. For the photo above I think I prefer the color version.
For the rest, I think I prefer the Black and White versions.

The birds look mean regardless of whether they are shown in color or B&W.


Eh . . . maybe there is not enough contrast between the birds when seen in B&W. Perhaps the color photos are better in that regard.

Although, the B&W photos do look better when viewed in the larger versions, either by clicking on the above, or seeing the full resolution version at SmugMug.
